guide Lily went the extra mile, in particular, in
getting us into the non-public pits at the Terra
Cotta Warrior sites. She brought us to a small village
nearby and visited with some local families, which
was truly wonderful. The people were very friendly
and warm-hearted and invited us into their homes.

¡§The overnight train to Xi¡¦an
was a great idea and an unforgettable experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed Guilin. I thought the trip
on the Li River was one of the best parts of the
trip. I love the scenery, seeing the fishermen on
the river and the people living in the villages
along the banks. I can¡¦t say enough about the guides.
All of them are caring, thoughtful, very friendly,
and their knowledge of the places and history was
excellent. We appreciate them to have shared with
us about their personal life and family experiences.¡¨
